He also stated that he saw the period as a learning experience.
Adedimeji went on to mention that it wasn’t until 2015 that he started receiving payments ranging from N100,000 to N200,000 for a single role.
He disclosed this on the latest episode of the ‘Deep Dive’ podcast hosted by comedian, Teju Babyface.
During a conversation on the ‘Deep Dive’ podcast, hosted by comedian Teju Babyface, Adedimeji candidly stated, “If I were to reveal that it wasn’t until 2015/16 that I started earning N100,000 and N200,000 per role, many people would find it hard to believe.”
He further added, “Before that time, the highest payment I received for a lead role was either N4,000, N5,000, or N10,000. These low payments were a part of my learning process, especially back in 2014.
Meanwhile I’m another development, Lateef Adedimeji recently teased his wife, Bimpe Oyebade aka Mo Bimpe, when he hinted at the wide age difference between them.
Lateef, who months back celebrated his 40th birthday, in a gathering with some colleagues in the movie industry, spoke about his education while comparing it to that of his wife.
The Anikulapo series actor disclosed that his wife was preparing to gain admission to secondary school when he graduated from the university.
While some of the actor’s colleagues in the video found the claim hard to believe, Lateef Adedimeji turned to his wife and asked her to dispute his claim.
In response, Mo Bimpe, who refused to answer, stated that she is his wife irrespective of their age differences
